OrderingOrdering is simple with The Sweet Emporium. You can order from the comfort of your home and take your time to browse through our range of candy, hard-boiled sweets, fudge and chocolate.
When you’ve found the items that you would like to order, simply add them to your basket and carry on shopping! When you're ready to pay, simply press the checkout button and follow the on screen instructions - it's very easy.
When you visit us again, if you have registered with us during your initial order then all your delivery details will be ready and you are saved the trouble of typing them again, we call this our “Quick Shop” service, so that your future transactions are a lot quicker.
Once all of your details are entered, make sure you’re happy with the terms and conditions of your order and tick the box confirming so and then you’re ready to “proceed to confirmation” where you will then be asked to enter your payment details.

NOTE: Due to security requirements by some banks, during checkout you may be asked for your online password - this is a secure password that you will have setup previously with your bank and this allows them to finalise your order. If you have not setup an online password with your bank you will allowed 3 grace transactions before you must choose a password. Should you have issues recalling your password, or setting this up you should contact your bank for support.
When your payment has gone through, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail, just so you have piece of mind that your order has been successful and that your items will be with you as soon as we can get them in the post!
